Nobody likes waiting! We know very well.

And that's why we have carefully organized our logistics department and our agreements with suppliers and couriers to deliver the items you have ordered within the times we have promised. Test us!

Ships in stock same day!

These are products available in our warehouses, which we are able to ship to you immediately, as specified on the product page (AVAILABLE - Shipped immediately).

All orders placed before 12.00, from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and pre-holidays), we ship them on the same day! Orders placed after 12:00 will in any case be shipped no later than the following working day. Orders with payment by bank transfer will always be shipped after the actual credit. An automatic email will notify you of the shipment by communicating the tracking code.

Shipping out of stock items!

These are products available in the warehouses of our suppliers which, depending on the case, we are able to ship to you in “3/5 days”, “5/7 days”, “8/10 days”, “15/40 days”, as specified on the product page (e.g.: AVAILABLE – Shipped in 3/5 days).

If your order includes multiple products, with different delivery times, please consider the longer times. However, we will do our best to keep your wait to a minimum.

Product availability

The availability of the products (in stock and not in stock) is shown in each product sheet, followed by the shipping times (or by the wording "Shipped immediately" for items in stock).

In case of temporary unavailability or actual out of stock at our warehouse, or at our supplier, you will be sent an email with any updated waiting times. You can also choose to modify the order or cancel it and receive a refund.

Transportation Times

Transport is entrusted to express couriers of national and international importance, who deliver on average throughout Italy within 24/72 hours of collection from our warehouses. However, the times indicated may vary during holidays, intense road traffic and/or according to the destination to be reached.

Shipping 29,90 euros

bulky shipments

For the shipment of bicycles, as well as for the shipment of bulky packages of aggregated products (e.g. a child's bike shipped together with many other small products), an additional bulky shipments contribution is foreseen, except for promotions. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated before your order is confirmed.

IMPORTANT, Remember that…

In order to guarantee fast and safe delivery, take care to indicate the destination address accurately and, where needed, additional useful information (for example: Staircase, Interior, Intercom, etc.).

We are not responsible for any delays and/or non-delivery caused by incomplete addresses. In any case we are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to the courier.
